Fantasy Baseball Closer Report Gets Updated for the Second Half

by Howard on July 22, 2010

Bye Bye Bobby?

In the wake of Ozzie Guillen’s decision to remove Bobby Jenks from the closer’s job and go to a more “closer by committee” approach, I though it the perfect time to update the Fantasy Baseball Closer Report.  As always, any major change is notated with a “FANTASY UPDATE” tag, but I’ve also tweaked a few of the others to give them more current information.  With the second half of the season underway and the MLB trade deadline rapidly approaching, you’re going to need to stay on top of a lot of bullpen situations to make sure that you’re covered for the stretch run.  There are few things worse than losing your closer at this time of the year, so you need to be prepared.  You can always access the Closer Report by clicking on the header above, but for today, here are the links:

National League Closer Report

Good luck and I’ll see you all in the money this year!
